We want to get you your batteries as quickly as possible, which is why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can get your system or gear up and running right away.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYS
ExpertPower and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2024. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
ExpertPower uses Priority and Ground services on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1 business days for processing and an additional 1-4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Return Policy
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your batteries as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 90 days. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
- Return labels are provided for up to 90 days after initial delivery which fall under the manufacturer's warranty (i.e. defective/quali -related) or in the case in which a wrong product is sent out. If within 90 days, and not a quality-related return, the customer will return the product at their own cost and be subject up to a 20% restocking fee. All returns after the 90-day window must be returned by the customer. Packages in excess of $100 should have insurance coverage purchased for them to be prepared in case of a lost package. We are under no obligation to refund/replace without receiving the item that was sent out.

We will not honor any returns in which the wrong product is sent to us.
This policy applies to all the other selling channels like Amazon, Walmart HomeDepot and etc.
POLICY DETAILS
You can return your item(s) purchased from expertpower.us up to 90 days after the purchase date for a refund. ExpertPower does not accept returns on items purchased outside of expertpower.us For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order for the correct item. Exchanges for items purchased outside of expertpower.us will not be accepted. All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly
If you’re returning an item after the initial 90 days but within 1 year after the original date of purchase, you are eligible to warranty the item for a repair or replacement. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 90 days after the original purchase date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for covering any import duties, taxes, and fees associated with the delivery. No return shipping label will be provided. If the customer chooses to refuse the delivery, a refund will be issued upon the return of the package to our company. Please note that the shipping charge is non-refundable.
