Excellent customer service and good quality product.

Amazon wouldn’t deliver the battery I needed so I called Expert Power Direct to find out why. They weren’t sure but said I could purchase it from them directly and it was the same price and included shipping, which was important because it weighed about 12 pounds. It arrived in a few days and was packaged very well and works perfectly.
Their customer service was excellent and I will always shop there first in the future and I recommend them very highly.
