This inverter is EVERYTHING. I have been living off grid for over 25 years. When my old system got wiped out from Hurricane Lala that hit my area my old system which i have been babying for the past 5 years finally came to an end. My hart interface freedom model 20 has been replaced with the Expert Power 2000w/3000w inverter. I also replaced my trojan t-105 6v batteries (14) with the US2000 6v lead acid batteries (10) paralleled and linked to make (5) 12v batteries when paralleled and linked together they make 1 huge 12v battery bank. Hooking up my pretty new expert power 2000w/3000w 120v inverter charger was so simple and easy. Im running my entire cabin on this inverter in conjunction with my battery bank, in addition i have (6) 100 watt solar panels along with my 400 watt Air X Marine Grade Wind Generator. And when i encounter a week of overcast my inverter/charger is also hard wired to receive AC power on the AC IN hook up to my Honda EM5500i Generator. I run my house 24/7, my fridge and star link are always on my Fridge 110 watts run/1500 watt surge, my residential Star Link 65 watts run, my 43” ONN HDTV 68 watts, my ONN bluetooth speaker 72 watts and (2) 12.5watt LED lights. These appliances are not used constantly its When i need coffee 650 watts, when i cook rice my Aroma 12cup rice cooker (brown rice setting) 500 watts, when i use my toaster 750 watts. When i want to use my airfryer 1200 watts. Obviously i make sure to use these appliances one at a time. This inverter/charger was so easy to wire up. From hooking to my battery bank to hard wiring for AC IN and AC OUT, and the smart screen that cycles giving you on demand read outs. If you’re considering purchasing this unit, i hope my review helps you to make an educated decision. Im happy with my purchase.
It works as exspected.
The 3000 W inverter is powering both the refrigerator and freezer. The cooling fan is quiet offering little noise. I'm using it with 4 Extreme Power LiFePO4 200 Ah since a discount was offered to purchase a battery along with the 3000W Inverter.
It does exactly what it says. It's damn heavy, I'll say that.
