I waited to write a review for when my system had been a couple months with no problems. Well, install was completed in December, official interconnection date and system errors fixed by end of February. So it took a bit.
I will say the company had been very accommodating in the beginning with communication on equipment, designing a system right for me, any questions about the system, and correcting any billing or equipment issues. On the DC side I did all the installation and hired an electrician for the DC side install.
My configuration is the inverters feed directly to the main line between the main house panel and electric meter. I believe this configuration gave my inverters problems at first and the system would through error codes which looked as if there were moisture in the DC connectors, but after getting the correct system update on the inverters, everything works fine. So not all error codes mean what they think it means.
That said, If I would do it over I would run extra wires and have the main panel be wired only to the line out from the inverter and have the grid wires only connect to the electric meter. Instead of everything funneling through the grid port. I believe this is what created system issues and errors.
Some pro tips for self install. One line diagram is needed for submitting a solar permit and an example is in the back of installation manual. The system is in fact rated at potential 20kw AC and DC with both inverters per the manual even though actual ability is 17.280 with 32 panels. This is important for net metering submission with the Utility company.
Lastly, you will need to purchase your own wiring, connectors, fuses, solar mounting brackets, and sub panels to complete the project. This does make sense as all installations are unique in wiring distance, design, and mounting.
I do recommend this grid tie system and am overall pleased with the decision to work with this company.
