Warranty Information

We are committed to crafting the most dependable batteries globally. While we strive for excellence, we acknowledge that unforeseen issues may arise. In the event of any product defects within the first year, our 1-year limited warranty ensures we rectify the situation promptly.

If you receive damaged or defective products when ordered directly from ExpertPower, please return them in the original box or suitable cardboard packaging using our prepaid shipping label. Remember to include the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) with the product. 1-Year Limited Warranty

All ExpertPower batteries (except LiFePO4 batteries) carry a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty applies to only the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Punctures and normal wear and tear are not warranted. Any limited edition or out of stock product still under warranty will be replaced at the discretion of ExpertPower with an equivalent value product in a different color based on availability.
