My first experience with ExpertPower Direct

My first experience with ExpertPower Direct. The batteries arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition, however, the free propellers for my DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone were missing.

I called the company direct and said the online ad showed two batteries and a set of propellers leading one to believe this was a bundled offering.

The customer service person said the battery ad does not include free propellers. I told him the ad implies otherwise. While I was on the phone, he looked at the ad and got permission from his manager to ship the propellers at no cost. All this was done in one phone call.

A couple of days later the propellers arrived in excellent condition. No extra charge for the propellers nor for shipping.

I was impressed in the manner the company handled my concern and was very satisfied with the outcome. Now my drone has two new batteries and updated propellers.

Based on my first experience with ExpertPower Direct, I would recommend their product and customer service to anyone.
